I'm not sure if this is authentic, but it is tasty. (I like vegetables, so it is probably heavy on the cabbage and carrots.)

This is a very basic beef and bean chili recipe. Everyone has their favorite -- this is mine.
This hearty beef stew, when made with imported Hungarian paprika, is certain to warm you in the winter months. It can also be turned into a soup by doubling the amounts of liquid called for in the recipe and adding carrots and potatoes near the end of the stewing process. Cubed veal or pork loin can be substituted for part of the beef, making this an exceedingly flexible dish.

I sing while I'm cooking. I sing to my food. I can't help it. My taco song is, well, perfectly suited to the cooking of tacos.
Best of all, no one can make fun of the taco song because they love my tacos.
Today, I made Beer & Beef for the regular Friday nosh-session at our house—it's always a big hit with the guys, and I really can't complain about the leftovers, either.
